"During the filming of Lawless America...The Movie, some of the victims who showed up to be filmed say they are Targeted Individuals. Bill Windsor filmed these folks for a video to be given to the targeted individual groups. Bill respectfully advised the folks who feel they are targeted that their filming could not be used in the movie, because this is not a subject for the movie and most people doubt these stories.
Neither Bill Windsor nor Lawless America take any position on whether these people are Targeted Individuals or whether the government is actually doing such things to people such as these.

Judges can do whatever they want to do? The Supreme Court can, pretty much, but a lot of judges that have to operate under the idiotic "three strikes" laws would beg to differ.
