Blue So, does America have a genre equivalent to Japan's giant battle robot genre?
I hope it's murder mysteries. I think it would be awesome to discover that in every other country Jessica Fletcher has a backstory involving a demon curse because nobody can understand why she's constantly stumbling into murder plots.
memedumpster Teenagers with super mind powers (not standard super hero bullshit) was huge about this time.
Bort Jessica Fletcher is a Teddy Ruxpin who made a deal with a demon to become human; the curse is that she is sustained by death.
Killer Joe Jessica Fletcher is a mad-hot moon girl that turns into a little old lady to solve crimes, and can only turn into her hot-girl form when the demons that caused the poor schmo to go nuts recognizes her after she gets a confession, so she can fight them at full power. Every demon she beats gets her a little closer to getting back to the moon.
Christ, I can hear Caminante working on a theme song now.
chumbucket Well I guess this is one job I'll never have.
Nikon Maybe the doctor should build in a remote killswitch in case the pilot turns out to be a big douche.
snothouse Is this Dinklage-cam? Why is everything at crotch level?
THA SUGAH RAIN I wonder if he has to go through that whole bull shit launch sequence every time he needs to save the universe imminent destruction or if the jet thing stays in the robot deal and from now on he can just jump in and go.
Nikon He probably does. The animation team went to all the trouble of drawing it and it works to pad the film.
Oscar Wildcat If you can afford to develop the giant robot surely you can afford an HR department to screen your candidates.
Jet Bin Fever All I remember is that the girl robot from this show shot out boob missiles.
