Wow, comments are a gold mine for sure. My favourite thus far is the guy equating infant circumcision with rape. In all seriousness. Is it wrong to wish that somebody would rape him (I'm assuming it's a he because seriously) just to make him understand the difference?
It's not enough to have every practical and useful privilege under the sun, now they also want the one tiny consolation that the unprivileged possess: the ability to legitimately complain about the system.
Nevermind, I just remembered the Anita Sarkeesian thing. Jesus Christ. Here's a hint, guys; If you're agreeing with Cena_Mark, you're a horrible caricature of a person. If you ARE Cena_Mark, you're a fabulous caricature of a person.
I love them. They are the best thing to come out of the internet since young earth creationists and Glenn Beck fans.
If it makes you feel any better, the most popular MRA website is run by a second rate televangelist who compels a lot of truly sad, downtrodden men to donate their unemployment cheques to the "movement", which coincidentally goes directly to his girlfriend's bank account.
I would be totally on board with MRA, as would any rational person, if only there wasn't this retarded mentality that advocating equality means you have to treat and think of other movements as your bitter enemies. I'm sure there's small groups out there that nobody has heard of or pays attention to whose message is "Mens legal rights concerning family are kind of shitty, y'all" that aren't just thinly veiled misogyny.
it's funny, because that's probably the most even-headed criticism against (some brands of) feminism that is brought up in the entire comments section.
