The first twenty seconds or so had my cat alarmed but inquisitive - the ending sent him running into the kitchen.

Ned Flanders has a scream that sounds like a high-pitched woman, so when he accidentally over-waters his then-wife's plant, he lets out a scream and buries it in the back yard, saying "I killed her." Bart, suffering from paranoia and cabin fever (an homage to "Rear Window") believes that Mr. Flanders has killed his wife. After Bart and Lisa investigate and call the cops, the "victim" is revealed to be the plant. Hence, "we found it chief". Notorious B.I.G (real name Christopher Wallace, AKA Biggie Smalls) was an American rapper whose career was cut tragically short due to a shooting resulting from a long standing rivalry between Bad Boy Record's Junior Mafia and Death Row Record's most known artist, Tupac Shakur. "Big Poppa," while not Mr. Small's biggest hit at the time of "Ready To Die's" release, soon became one of Smalls' biggest posthumous hits.
