This was perfect. I read it on McSweeny's Internet Tendency first, but Sam Elliott makes it so much better. Wait, that's not Sam Elliott?

The man's gravelly Western accent, and understated delivery, evokes a feeling of down-home wisdom.

I figured out pretty early on that if something is being marketed to southerners (like a truck!), Sam Elliott will voice it. If it's being marketed to northerners (like a hybrid!), Morgan Freeman will voice it. There is very little variation to this.
