Reminds me of Mother Goose: Rock 'n' Rhyme! They don't do these fanciful ensemble projects full of random casting like they used to.

This was great, I remember it being premiered with much fanfare on TNT. It played twice and then was gone.

There's something about the Lorax adaptation that I just plain like. In sharp contrast to, say, the Yertle the Turtle adaptation, its live-action portion is really on-model. The Once-ler's eyes are absolutely perfect. And then there's the use of the instrumental from the beginning of the full Lorax special. And, of course, that special is goddamn perfect and even includes counter-arguments from the Once-ler - http://www.poetv.com/video.php?vid=42487
