Given the eating habits of many Vietnamese and other Southeast Asian peoples, I'm just glad they didn't cook & eat the chickens' feet while they were still attached to the living bird.

I didn't know Vietnamese people fed each other directly like that. It's cute.

I'm vegan so take my opinion with a grain of salt (or a little Tong Chauy, to borrow a word) but one of the reasons why I became so is because I didn't like to think about animals sometimes rolling around in their own shit before I eat them, and their feet are always in the jenkem, to borrow another expression.
