Not really hoping anyone goes back to being racist. Anyway that's something I've seen working with high-tech companies, we all take these courses and then the jerks pass their little quizzes and go back to being jerks. They know they're being jerks, they check off the "expected" answers just fine. But they choose to continue being jerks.
