Isn't that a classic Norm McDonald joke? There should be a name for a joke that isn't really a joke, that's just an obvious fact, simply expressed.

I went to a pro-impeachment rally last week dressed as Santa Claus, carrying a sign that said: "NAUGHTY" A lady asked me if she could have a new presiddent for Christmas.

"To be honest,", I replied, "I'm not actually Santa Claus". Got a big laugh.
