I hate Elmo as well, but to try to make it all political, it's just Jordan Peterson's nonsense. Elmo isn't really politically correct, he was just more of the type of pandering muppet that made Sesame Street more commercial. Peterson tries to paint Elmo as some sort of leftist thing, but in reality, Elmo is just another symbol of capitalism.
