Heh, how did I know you'd give me the 'not one of their better tunes' thing again. It seems that many bands tend to make vids out of their weakest tracks. I really like this song though.

Always happy to oblige; these guys are growing on me, but I can't say I know their catalogue too well. I've heard My Arms, Your Hearse of course, and bits of Still Life (which I didn't much care for).

Most people don't realize how awesome Opeth is until later- they go through a cycle where at first they're like "Oh, that's pretty cool" to "Hmm, Opeth, yeah, I heard them before, they're not bad" to "OH MY GOD! All this time it's been right in front of my eyes!". For me, I didn't convert until about a year after I'd first heard them... I owned Blackwater Park and Still Life, thought they were decent, saw them live, and suddenly it just "clicked". Next to that time I saw Nightwish covering Megadeth with Jens Johannson on keyboards, and my first ever GWAR show, it was the best... concert... ever.

Just out of curiosity, which bits of Still Life have you heard? It's a decent album, but "The Moor" and "Benighted" are two of the best Opeth tracks of all time. Also, if you're into "chill" music, you may want to check out Damnation... otherwise, give it a wide berth, because it's got hardly any heavy bits at all.

Wow I actually love this song; didn't know there was a video for it. I don't check the hopper much (last one I helped to up was the BAM tiger! video); I suppose I should.
