So is this series any good?

I liked it. One of the few things that Sci-Fi ever produced that was really any good, and of course they didn't pick it up as a regular series. It falls apart a bit at the end, though.

Rodents of Unusual Size
It's neat idea wise and it's executed nicely. It borders on religious material several times but doesn't overconcern itself with possibilities there. It manages to make for a not horrible science fiction premise.

I'm biased though, I know someone who is good friends with Peter Krause. He's apparently really proud of it. I just wish the ending had given a little more clarity but then I think they might attempt a series or second miniseries with it.

It was an excellent show and it is fucking ridiculous that Sci-Fi Channel didn't pick it up.
