honestly this seems like it has more potential than rifftrax, if for mo other reason than because it's bad movies again, instead of mediocre hollywood movies.

Aelric mike nelson moved to L.A. to do riftrax, but kevin murphy and bill corbett still living in the mid-west. at the very least, mike could guest on CT or joel on rifftrax. i mean, mary-jo pehl did a rifftrax and is now in CT, so the connection is there.
my guess is that it's in the works for a guest spot on way or the other.

I'm actually looking forward to this. Joel has a good shtick with his TV prop comedy, and I personally am loving the fact that I'm living in a world where the can be both Cinematic Titanic and Rifftrax.

This one has Frank and Trace Beaulieu! And a cool theme song! Plus, the definitive aspect of the old MST3k which was not so much the joking on bad movies, but bringing these otherwise forgotten pieces of drek into the public consciousness, which Rifftrax unfortunately is not as able of doing.
They're both welcome in my home, that being said.
