svraz By keeping it in her mouth over a long period of time she risks infection from a virus entering any cuts in her mouth (even microscopic ones she may have gotten from eating chips). If she swallowed then rinsed she would have reduced the time they may have entered her system through oral cuts and her digestive acids would have made short work of any nasties that madeit into her tummy.
