I think I'm going to go listen to the Black Hole Megamix now.
Caminante Nocturno
Outlaw Star was awesome.

Rodents of Unusual Size
I don't watch anime anymore but Outlaw Star was indeed awesome.

wtf japan
Thirded. It's disconcerting to me how formative a role Toonami must have played in my development.

AgentOrange
These ads were so well done it almost made me want to watch this shit.
Cena_mark
Lord knows how many weeaboos were created by Toonami. May it rot in hell for that sin.
Unsung
Dont cut yourself on the edge there, dude.

j lzrd / swift idiot
I miss Outlaw Star. And to a lesser extent some of the other stuff.
Caminante Nocturno
Gundam Wing grew on me after a while.

Keefu
They had a bunch of oddities in the beginning too, like that new Jonny Quest cartoon, Birdman, Space Ghost, and a bunch of other Hanna-Barbera stuff CN had gotten through Turner or something that I used to gobble up.

Also they played Blue Sub No. 6.

Helena Handbasket
I miss Space Ghost the most. When did that actually end and why? I feel like I turned around and it was gone.

Keefu
Toonami ads/music things were awesome. Toonami had the ability to make any show look cool.
Mike Tyson?!
This makes me sad, and for a lot of reasons.

5 stars for emotion.

when you were young you thought your life might get interesting in maybe a few days

now you're like "next month"

Camonk
Toonami exposed me to I think it's two out of the three decent or even good anime series. So fives tars for that.
AgentOrange
Which series? Cowboy Bebop of course, and what else?

Xenocide
Bebop was never on Toonami, though.

Monchiles Monchiles
These ads were the reason I watched a lot of these shows. There can be no toonami ad that earns less than all five of my stars.
Space Helicopter
Unlike most other TV stations before, Cartoon Network UNDERSTOOD anime.
