This film is awesome. Simmons is a Middle Eastern terrorist whose grand scheme is to smuggle more terrorists into the US by stuffing them in oil barrels (complete with full uniform and weapon) and then let them be distributed all throughout the US, SPRINGING FORTH TO ATTACK when the time is right.
