goddamnit I had blocked the last one out of my mind, but I was just on my lunchbreak not 30 minutes ago and someone left the comics page out and I noticed For Better or for Worse and it made me think of that, and now this!?!?
However, I must say that the intro for this is almost so creepily strange I'd have to believe it's fan-made. I don't think it is, so five stars for Canada in general. Go Common Law!

wow, that was boring
|ASubmarineSandwich - 2009-06-16 |
Now, more boring than ever! And in half hour increments!
The first two minutes is literally just a casual chat with the creator of the strip, followed then by a wordless, panel-by-panel exhibition of a comic strip. And that was the most entertaining part.
Also, this should just be called "Mom Groans, Face and Belly Touching".

I cannot believe this is fucking alive.

Someone is masturbating to this as we speak.
Well, that part at 2:33 where she leans her head back and wipes her brow was pretty arousing. I don't think anyone is going to deny that.

I've gotten to know my children better because I've raised them twice...one the regular way, and once where I can shape their lives exactly how I want them to. That's not creepy at all.

That little speech by the cartoonist at the beginning was incredibly sad and
Is this really what raising a family does to someone, or does it only happen to you if you let it?

Remember that Christian stand up comic from last year? This is the cartoon equivalent of that.
*goes back to being mind numbed*

i couldn't watch it. i can't do it again man. i just can't.
It's okay. No one will force you to watch it if you don't want to.

So you guys don't have For Better Or For Worse in the states? It's the only comic strip my mother likes. The characters in it age, those kids are old now and have mundane interactions with their own boring stereotypical children.
It's a shame she didn't go for a more EXTREME reboot. We could have had BEYOND For Better or For Worse 2099.
Maybe she could do an edgy, action-packed anime version of her comics. Giant robots and fanservice would abound.
