goddamnit I had blocked the last one out of my mind, but I was just on my lunchbreak not 30 minutes ago and someone left the comics page out and I noticed For Better or for Worse and it made me think of that, and now this!?!?
However, I must say that the intro for this is almost so creepily strange I'd have to believe it's fan-made. I don't think it is, so five stars for Canada in general. Go Common Law!

pressed peanut sweepings - 2009-06-16

wow, that was boring

ASubmarineSandwich - 2009-06-16

Now, more boring than ever! And in half hour increments!

The first two minutes is literally just a casual chat with the creator of the strip, followed then by a wordless, panel-by-panel exhibition of a comic strip. And that was the most entertaining part.

Also, this should just be called "Mom Groans, Face and Belly Touching".

baleen - 2009-06-16

I cannot believe this is fucking alive.

MongoMcMichael - 2009-06-16

Someone is masturbating to this as we speak.

The eyes. THE EYES.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-06-17

Well, that part at 2:33 where she leans her head back and wipes her brow was pretty arousing. I don't think anyone is going to deny that.

the life of a homemaker is full of humor and excitement.

Toenails - 2009-06-17

The life of a homemaker is full of monotony and mediocrity.

frau_eva - 2009-06-16

I've gotten to know my children better because I've raised them twice...one the regular way, and once where I can shape their lives exactly how I want them to. That's not creepy at all.

Nikon - 2009-06-16

Eh, CTRL+ALT+DEL was better

Camonk - 2010-06-07

It's a boring housewife reliving her boring fuck life in a comic form.

Ebola is better.

Theme song by the Tragically Hip.

Cena_mark - 2009-06-16

Blame Canada.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-06-17

That little speech by the cartoonist at the beginning was incredibly sad and

Is this really what raising a family does to someone, or does it only happen to you if you let it?

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2009-06-17

Remember that Christian stand up comic from last year? This is the cartoon equivalent of that.

*goes back to being mind numbed*

mashedtater - 2009-06-17

i couldn't watch it. i can't do it again man. i just can't.

Nikon - 2009-06-17

It's okay. No one will force you to watch it if you don't want to.

CharlesSmith - 2009-06-17

So you guys don't have For Better Or For Worse in the states? It's the only comic strip my mother likes. The characters in it age, those kids are old now and have mundane interactions with their own boring stereotypical children.

Hailey2006 - 2009-06-17

We've had in the US for Years, I just didn't know it was from Canada until many years later! Also you forget she "retired" and than did thing she calls "New-Runs" where the strip starts over and she prints old strips along with new strips, where the kids are babies and the drawing is terrible, just like the old days!

Nikon - 2009-06-20

It's a shame she didn't go for a more EXTREME reboot. We could have had BEYOND For Better or For Worse 2099.

Caminante Nocturno - 2009-06-30

Maybe she could do an edgy, action-packed anime version of her comics. Giant robots and fanservice would abound.
