It's become a kind of slang/meme thing. If it's used here, consider it a bleed-through like spelling "color" as "colour," referring to vacations as "holiday," or "useless parasite" as "the Queen."

Yet, as an American, I can also appreciate straightforward and blunt ads like this. It's not hilarious, but it has some humor to it.
