PANDAR moral of the story............you gotta pay to play if you sample and you want to make money. also, the point that nothing is really original and that everything is borrowed on some level is totally true. musicians, writers, and artists whether they know or not, sample, borrow, and steal all the time.
MrBuddy Seems more like the moral is the music industrial complex is screwing over everyone and if it weren't for them there would be a reasonable way around the problem.
StanleyPain Craig Baldwin's "Sonic Outlaws" is a way better exploration of this topic, in my opinion.
