Old_Zircon Someone on Poe Red years ago posted a footnote about animal damage to corpses, and I can't remember what the book was (anyone know? I paraphrase it to cat owners at least 5 or 6 times a year to this day, it would be nice to know my source). The basic gist of it was that a dog will often stave to death rather than eat their master, whereas cats start in on the lips and earlobes before the body even cools.

Caminante Nocturno I had a cat that looked just like that. He was a Hell of a lot more aggressive when it came to pizza, to the point where I had to lock him in my room whenever pizza was in the house.
