This guy's comics do indeed suck, but making a 11 minute video about his antics ranks higher on the sadness scale. These guys want a new Chris-chan so badly.
They make a big deal about tracing and referencing, but Vermeer and other classic artists used the camera obscura, Norman Rockwell used photographs all the time. The "he used a photo" argument is crap.

I skipped around a bit and apparently one of this guy's "crimes" is tracing a creative commons photo of Big Ben for some Doctor Who themed fanart which he's selling prints of.
I guess doing that with CC photo reference is technically a no-no, but it's not like he's somehow alone in that. Hell, professional comic book artists do it all the time and even trace each other's work and pass it off as their own.
I get the impression this guy's art/comics are secondary to whatever the YouTuber is pissed about. I think he was a prick on a message board one too many times, and this is just a broadside at everything about him.
