His shirt matches her flowers, that's one of the ways you know it's true love in a Bollywood movie. If he had been wearing yellow, like she is, the pink flowers would be a sign of future contention involving their families with song being the only solution.
Bollywood families are depicted as so perfect that it makes you mad when some trivial (trivial beyond trivial beyond trivial) thing ruins their relationship with each other two hours (half way) into the movie.
