SteamPoweredKleenex I don't think the radio host is a Republican. Most of the stuff I could find about him is pretty politically neutral. Given that it's only in comments on said articles that anyone calls him a liberal, I'm guessing he's, at most, center-left.
Besides, he came off as sounding incredulous that Schmidt could be so clueless.
