Hooker - 2015-01-20 One of the few movies I watched religiously as a kid that turned out to be great into adulthood.
Are movie studios just giving up the fight on this stuff now? Because Predator is still a marketable brand and this is the only good movie of the franchise, and yet here it is, giving Jackal Hawk nearly a million hits on YouTube.
TheOtherCapnS - 2015-01-20 I thought the most recent one, Predators was pretty entertaining.
infinite zest - 2015-01-20 Yeah.. I turned out falling asleep (not the movie's fault I was just really exhausted) and it seemed to be pretty much Predator 1 again, but with some added fun stuff. So not really a remake (DEFINITELY not a PG13 remake, which seems to be what's in fashion these days) but more like just more of a good thing. Plus it had Machete.
oddeye - 2015-01-20 Yeah, it was alright but I don't like that actor in that role. I get what they are going for but I just didn't like it.
Scrimmjob - 2015-01-20 I definitely had an unhealthy obsession with this movie as a kid. Probably still my favorite Arnold movie.
Caminante Nocturno - 2015-01-21 The only movies from our childhood that aged well are the ones we were too young to watch.
I love this movie, but my favorite Arnold movie will always be Conan the Barbarian.
oddeye - 2015-01-21 Conan is probably his best movie.
TeenerTot - 2015-01-21 I loved this movie as a kid. I even got up in science class one time to tell everyone about how the predator saw stuff in infrared. I didn't have a lot of friends.
Scrimmjob - 2015-01-21 Caminante is right, Conan is fucking great.
Kid Fenris - 2015-01-21 Predators wasn't a terrible movie on its own merits, but it was really disappointing as a Predator film. It wasn't about the Predators themselves so much as the cliched roundup of Street Fighter mercenaries.
RedHood - 2015-01-21 I still have not seen this. It's one of those movies I keep meaning to watch but never get around to watching. American Werewolf in London is the same. Funnily enough I have seen Predator 2.
