I don't quite understand the SHOCK and HORROR that people are expressing about the FBI possibly acting partisan & unfairly. I mean, it's not good, and it's worth noting, but this is the same organization that literally labelled MLK Jr. a threat to America and a Communist. I mean, seriously. MLK wasn't my favorite dude, (I mostly agree with Malcolm X.... and that includes Malcolm's critique of MLK) but "a threat to America"? Really? And the FBI may have also been involved in the assassination of Fred Hampton.

The FBI is not a good, decent organization. It's name is already Mud, so there isn't much reputation left to besmirch.

Equally baffling is so many people on the left just completely credulously accepting the unverified word of US intelligence agencies that Russia was behind the various email hacks, because you know those intelligence agencies are very nice boys who would never tell lies about Russia to further or obfuscate their own political agendas. Never happened, never will.

Oh and stars because I literally paused a clip of Sam Seder and Andy Kindler joking about the length of Rachel Maddow's pieces, and the first thing I clicked on was this.

Hillary Clinton is a normal politician with normal ethical problems and, for some reason which eludes me (not really) a huge amount of scrutiny and antipathy and things she said 20 years ago being taken out of context to attack her.

Trump's scandals dwarf Clinton's, but somehow, in the culture of the FBI, Clinton has become this grotesque icon of corruption that one agent described at "the antichrist". I just don't understand it (yes, I do)

Anaxagoras was behind the assassination of MLK, and Malcolm X once he "went soft".

This is hardly controversial. Both sides are trying to rig the shit out of everything and no one is doing anything but being unethical colluding shitbags who don't even care if they get caught lying and colluding anymore. Another month and MSNBC would probably be found to also be in blatant collusion, just like CNN. The joke is on them, because no one has to be told anymore that all of them are awful. GOP, DNC, DOJ, FBI, CNN, The Voting Public, they have all been the absolute worst things about this election.

This is why I am voting for Russians, and so should you.

Because we need some angrier, louder, actually morally consistent motherfuckers in office.

^ 5, and bonus for calling SolRo morally consistent.

And, don't forget, the reason why media moguls are recruiting media personalities to run a Presidential campaign is so that they can set up their media empire after he loses the election which he was never expected to win.

Breitbart is being heavily groomed (as long, LONG standing rumors have attested to, even before the rise of Trump as a candidate) to be morphed into some kind of new Fox News or Blaze TV, but it needs A LOT of money to do...almost like the kind of money you would get by being somehow tied to a PAC and a campaign.

At the absolute minimum, it's guaranteed that Breitbart.com is being looked at as essentially a pool from which to take specific people from to jump ship to another neo-con media project, but no one has wanted to go up against Fox until now. They are not doing this to effect the election (although it may do so), they are doing this to lay the groundwork for the political narrative of the right wing being somehow marginalized through corruption. The persecution complex has to be at a peak to be exploited for the right amount of dupe money. (i.e., what Beck pulled with The Blaze and Palin pulled with her own pay-to-watch service that she gave up when the money stopped coming in).

If the establishment Republicans have learned nothing from this, or are too desperate to care, they're going to invest in the Alt-Right as the only hope for maintaining some kind of ephemeral pretend relevance as the Fox News demographic slowly trickles away into Hell.
