Why does this guy look like he's about to crack up laughing every time he mentions a new fact? He's got like a one-tenth smirk the whole time.
This interview just happened to be filmed on Russia's National Smiling Day, the one day when it is legal for Russians to display small hints of joy. It's their version of the Purge.
That was fascinating. And kinda hilarious.
