As others have said, he's every kid bullshitting through a presentation on a book he hasn't read. And he's not bad at it, because his verbal style has mutated to include so many qualifiers, I-don't-knows, and retreats to campaign-slogan territory that you can pretty much take away whatever you want from it.
So, what did we learn from his response to a question about QANON?
1. Trump likes people who like Trump.
2. Democrats are bad at running major cities "and states."
3. Federal troops could solve all domestic issues in 24 hours (through mass arrests, he means).
4. The radical Left (open borders, no police) will destroy the entire planet, if permitted.
5. The wall is still being built.
6. Strength is preferable than weakness.
7. By his own admission, Trump has no answer whatsoever to the question being asked.

Presidents, after all, work for everybody, so they tend toward the center. Joe Biden may not be all that different from Bob Dole, but the difference is far more pronounced when you consider the legislative and judicial aspects of government, and especially state government.
