But think about this from Putin's point of view. What are the odds that there's compromising information about Trump out there? What are the odds that Putin, who is said to have hacked our whole country, could get that information?

The evidence is all circumstantial, but its there. Negative

I fully expect that trump folds like tissue paper when he has to go face to face with a man that he has zero leverage over.

So it would not exactly be necessary to have dirt on him.

Trump's deference to and defense of Russia extends far beyond when he's face to face with Putin, to the present cyberattack, when even Mike Pompeo thinks Russia is responsible, and Trump has publicly disagreed. He's shown a willingness to attack just about anyone else, including America's allies, and people who have shown him much loyalty in the past.

I don't want to flesh out another shitty conspiracy theory, but this is extraordinary behavior for an American, and there must be something there. Not necessarily blackmail, but beyond randomness. He admires Putin, but I don't think that would motivate such loyalty from a man who seems willing to throw any person under any bus for his own self-interest. It may not be blackmail, but it's something.

You really need to watch more cartoons there bud, heh. Trump thinks authoritarians like Putin are "badass" and so does Bannon. Putin is what they aspire to be. All Putin had to do was ask Trump why he would listen to Trump and it would be like Spike whacking Chester upside the head.

Trump probably owes shit tons of money to Russian oligarchs. There's probably a pee tape. None of that strikes as deeply at his ego as being dismissed as unimportant. Much like America itself.

Time will tell. Hopefully a whole shitton of evidence will come out next year given most of it was held back only through the most flagrant abuse of the Executive Branch.
