Now THIS is the kind of crazy I like to see!

Sudan no1 - 2008-01-23

FatFatuousNation - 2008-01-22

well isn't that silly

FatFatuousNation - 2008-01-22

Just noticed the "youtube" tag; that would have upped it a star.

Aubrey McFate - 2008-01-22

It's like boss music.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2008-05-16

Hey, now that I think about it, wasn't there a version of this themed to the final battle against Giygas in Earthbound? I could have sworn...

Cinnamon Imperialist - 2008-01-22

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-01-22

That's Touhou Project music, isn't it?

Udderdude - 2008-01-23

Valvados - 2008-01-23

"U.N. Owen was Her?" from Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, I think. It's like 1am though, I could be thinking of the wrong one.

Fur is Murder - 2008-02-04

Anyone know what the song in the second half is? I kinda like it.

j lzrd / swift idiot - 2008-05-16

Holy shit, I knew I'd heard that music before, probably from all the time I spent one week of free time just watching ridiculous videos of Asian people dodging bullets in some Shoot-em-up game.

Ronald McDonald is indeed the nightmare final boss of all nightmare final bosses.

Also so I don't have to make a separate comment, HURF BLURF DUH is dead-on accurate with his words, videos like this didn't exist even a decade ago. In 1998, you were lucky to have ever seen a music video put together by Emergency Broadcast Network.

HURF BLURF DUH - 2008-01-23

It seems like an age of the world ago when my teenage friends and I would get stoned or drop acid and sit around watching TV, maybe once in a while we'd see some scene from a dumb B-movie that would be kinda weird and we'd be all like WHOA DUDE HAHA FREAK ME OUT and it would be a running joke with us for two months.

You know, the people who decided that Pink Floyd and Wizard Of Oz were some kind of crazy trip if you played them at the same time? That's how far out there you had to go for something that you could trip on.

A video - just one video! - like this one would have been solid gold to us. It would have been like YOU GOTTA WATCH THIS while you're tripping man! And it would be five solid minutes of everyone rolling on the floor laughing.

It's gotta be really strange to be a teenager these days.

craptacular - 2008-01-23

i'm five starring this comment, let alone the weirdo video

zatojones - 2008-01-23

Porn was much more valuable back then in the same way

themilkshark - 2008-01-24

Great perspective. Us young folk are truly spoiled.

Borborygmus - 2008-02-14

yes yes absolutely yes. The availablity of trippy material is the victory of the internet. The victory of hippies.

Michael Houser - 2008-01-23

China obviously understands our corporate icons better than we do. Ronald McDonald dancing in front of a mirror? Now that's fucked up.
(That was from China, right?)

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-01-23

Not China! Hong Meiling!

tamago - 2008-01-23

This appears to be the original: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Nhizo7KrZrw

tamago - 2008-01-23

Disregard that last comment. I thought it was a slightly different version.

tamago - 2008-01-23

I thought it was this version. I got confused by tabs.

athodyd - 2008-01-23

this is not a distinction i am prepared to care about

Portaxx - 2008-01-23

Oh crap, was this already in the hopper? If it was then I accidentally duped. Sorry.

In any case, HEEUUUU!!

Jeriko-1 - 2008-01-23

Chalkdust - 2008-01-23

So, how long until McScary?

Pie Boy - 2008-02-09

There's probably a dark incantation you need to chant to summon it.

theSnake - 2008-01-23

Im surprised I didn't like this, I usually laugh at the dumbest memiest videos but this is just stupid. Sorry.

Modern Angel - 2008-01-23

I submitted this and it had eight stars. :( What happened?

Billy the Poet - 2008-01-23

The Doctor's comment about what the whole hip world would be doing if the Germans (Japs) had won the war comes to mind.

Fur is Murder - 2008-01-23

Japan, you have too much free time on your hands.

charmlessman - 2008-01-23

Getting this on repeat in the minds of all consumers is the goal of McDonalds' advertising department.

baleen - 2008-01-23

wowwwww. That thing went from really happy to really bad acid really fast. Also, this thing must have taken forever to edit. Also I want one of those Ronald tracksuits.

Jeriko-1 - 2008-01-23

Now we know they have a McDonalds in Silent Hill.

NoCode - 2008-01-23

Testicles of Doom - 2008-01-24

I think that everytime you go to see a movie in the theatre, this should be the first thing you see. Watching children's heads explode would be worth it.

Also, I think the asian Ronald is much more animated than the US version. That makes me sad.

ihounokyaku - 2008-01-25

Just think, had Japan won the war the ENTIRE WORLD could've been like this!

Camonk - 2008-01-27

I'm glad that in my region of Asia, McDonald's commercials feature much more sane, staid imagery. And yet, at the same time, I'm really sad.

yoyo1 - 2008-01-29

Is that the japanese version of lasagna cat?

Vicious - 2008-01-30

There were some Mario 64 sound effects in there, right?

Big Muddy - 2008-01-31

They're not even old enough to remember Boohbah is what they'll be saying.

petep - 2008-03-24

this is the final boss of a dream that all people have one time in their life

soci-o-path - 2008-08-11

Anybody ever see the English Ronald McDonald ads where he slept under a little kids' bunk bed and would pop out when the lights were off and the mother was gone o_o;; ?

Lies, lies, LIES! - 2009-04-29

Wow, that just keeps going, huh?

dairyqueenlatifah - 2018-03-16

Where did the last ten years go?
