Children of Finland, remember to wear a long scarf when you go out. Five bears drown every year due to lack of long scarf-wearing in Finland.
And don't forget the number 2!

I think the moon has better things to do than hang around with a kid and Homer Simpson-esque idiot bear.
thank you national broadcasting for traumatizing our country's children, you have provided a valuable service
I wonder if Finnish people will ever learn to speak properly. :(
That which cannot be conveyed by trumpet sounds is generally considered inappropriate in our culture
At the risk of blowing my nationality-anonymity, I'd like to explain this:
It's a PSA about being careful of thin ice in the springtime. It's aired after Finnish Broadcasting Company (YLE) channel 2's all-time favorite childrens' show Pikku Kakkonen (Little Number Two -- yes, we kid about it all the time too).
The same animation has been airing since at least the 80s, I remember it being a bit scary and fascinating as a kid, because it's so surreal and it only aired rarely, when the weather started getting warmer after winter.
Oh, and -1 star for not having the original music, it was remade with boring modern synth sounds somewhere along the way. The original was more psychedelic.
that does it, no more late night clubbing with that damn bear!
Well we've successfully weeded out the Finnish POE users.
Initiate sequence 2.
Why is there a giant TV by the lake luring kids and bears to their doom? Why is this PSA encouraging kids to crawl out on the thin ice to help their already fallen brethren? Why?
Evil Bird lures Creepy-Voice Bear to his doom; Mute Child thwarts Evil Bird's plan and saves him with a scarf.
I love Finland.

It looks like he's touching that bear in his private area...is...is that what this PSA is about?? Damn you, Finland.

What the fuck is wrong with Finland? I learnt off my parents that you ignore the siren call of those tricksy TVbirds, calling you out onto the lake, to dance their seductive icy fandango.... yeah, I didn't need no goddamn television learning me.
