People, I LOVE the First Amendment! I will defend anyonme's right to say whatever they want. Let the skinheads march, fine. We can all see what assclowns they are.
But the First Amendment ONLY APPLIES with respect to what the GOVERNMENT can and cannot do. It makes no allowances or conditions upon private institutions or organizations.
The school can ban the use of the word nickel and there are no legal reasons why they cannot.
