splatterbabble This was an episode about someone that has body dysmorphia, meaning he/she felt that certain parts of his/her body weren't correct. He is undergoing a sex-change (slowly) and decided that his legs were not right for him. He did not inject feces into his legs (that was taken from another part of the context) but rather some numbing agent (like xylocaine or phenol or something, can't remember) then took his own legs off with a circular saw. It was a one leg at a time deal, too, waiting months between each leg's removal.
Later in the episode, a guy born without legs comes out to call this guy/gal a moron. I worked for a TV station and this was one of the episodes we put on, so I'm only indirectly guilty of knowing about this.
