I'm withholding my rating in hopes that someone can explain what makes this ad evil, interesting, etc. "It's better in the Bahamas" is still their slogan, I see modern ads for it all the time.
Before anyone brings up life expectancy stats, it's clearly an ad to vacation rather than move there, so for your intents, it is better in the Bahamas, because that's not where your wife is.
Well, for what it's worth, the first second made my heart stop for an instant because I thought it was a horrible mosquito-faced creature, not the back of a lady's head.
I think Broose182 is a shill for the Bahamas Tourism Board.
A dire waste of our time, Broose182. Who the voted this tripe out of the hopper?
It played a lot on tv in the 80's and I think the song is buried deep inside the mind of many people who watched a lot of TV as kids. On hearing it again it invokes a lot of nostalgia.
