Comeuppance To be completely fair, it's a two-way street. There wouldn't be any hookers if there was no demand for them.
That said, this guy is going about this the least effective way ever. Instead of going after the pimps and letting those who find themselves resorting to prostitution know of recovery programs and shelters, he's basically going NYAAA NYAAA I CAUGHT YOU.
Thus starting the in-and-out prison life of the prostitute (and thus screwing over any chances of her moving on and getting a decent job) and potentially ruining the life of the guy for all eternity.
