Yeah well the jerk store called and they are running out of you!
I will never understand the "brilliance" of Seinfeld. I've seen several episodes and tons of clips, and it's never managed to make me so much as smirk.

It's not that I doubt it's funny, I just feel like I don't get it and I'm missing out. :(
The Mothership
You kinda had to be there, but yea, it was never that funny, just sort of funny.

Seinfeld tends to be one of those things that you either think is one of the greatest shows ever, or one of the most overrated. I'm personally in the first camp, but I could see how the appeal might be lost on some.

I personally don't like episodes of Seinfeld as a whole but i like bits from the show. Certain bits just crack me up but i can't stand watching an entire episode.

Scrotum H. Vainglorious
I feel the same way about Team Fortress 2.

I feel the same about several things, but that's just how it is.

The Mothership
Seinfeld was 5% pure unadulterated genius, 95% blah.

It's because you don't like good things (early seasons sucked though).

The Mothership; In that way, it was an accurate approximation of life.

Also; shit, I must look busy all the time.

It was genius for its time, but it hasn't aged well.
It was watchable. A lot of shows they made back then were really not. They either hit you over the head with a painful moral lesson or they were "family oriented", which meant they were boring as fuck. Seinfeld didn't try to solve world peace or tell you to stay off drugs, they just tried to make you laugh, and that was really what a lot of people needed.

This was meant to appeal to people much older and more jaded than I am.
