It apparently came from 4Chan and has an offensive name, but the actual content was very respectful. There's probably a lot of people that are seeing people like themselves depicted as sexual beings for the first time ever and that's a great thing.
It's unfortunate that they decided to tell this story in the worst medium ever. Even really dirty fetish ones have the same sexy content to dialog ratio as Mass Effect 2.
I couldn't make it to the end of the video. It's just disturbing to me, not deformity so much as the sense of disorientation that come from feet being used as hands. I think she's used to this reaction, and she's become very proactive in helping people through it.

Well, to be pedantic, she didn't actually consume the sandwich WITH her feet. They helped, but unless she's got some sort of podiatry-related route to her digestive system, she ate her meal the way the rest of us do.
