StanleyPain He lives in the back of a truck in one of those mini-RV type setups that go into the bed of the truck (I can't remember the actual name for them). Though, I don't think it's actually attached to a truck, if I'm not mistaken.
Cocheese He lives in a broken down motor home. The sound you are hearing is a generator powering an AC unit he installed into it so he doesn't die from heat stroke. He busted one of the windows of his motorhome and the AC is sticking about a foot out of the side of the hole, making it permanently undriveable.

Miss Henson's 6th grade class I hate to say this, but this guy has been so infuriatingly obnoxious for so long that there's a part of me that isn't exactly sorry for him. How recent is this? Hopefully he can use this to turn himself around.
Rudy AFAIK, it's the latest video posted to his current YT account. I'd love to believe this is a moment of clarity for him that will finally result in his getting janitorial employment somewhere and start to put his life back together, but I think it's just as likely he'll post a new video soon laughing about getting one over on the trolls and decrying HappyCabbie's latest act of generosity.
