The joke's getting a bit stale. But nice appearance by A.A. Ron Rodgers
Yeah.. I haven't watched a ton of either show, but SNL hasn't really been funny for me since the days when Phil Hartman was on it and Bob Odenkirk & Conan O'Brien were writers. Like, I caught the opening not too long ago which might have been funny because it was parodying Sia's video for "Chandelier" and then I saw the video (the one with Shia LaBeouf) and was like "oh yeah.." That being said I had the same problem with Chappelle's Show, I didn't know who Lil John was, so those things were just kind of like "heh" in an Abbott and Costello kind of way. K&P doesn't really seem to do the pop culture references that much, especially current ones as far as I know. And when they do, it's utter genius like the Family Matters one.
I can't decide my favorite background photo. I'm torn between 2:08, 2:22 and 2:29.
Anyway, some things are just comedy bread-and-butter. If you do them right, they elicit laughter, even if they've been done 1,000,000 times before.

I'm shocked that 2 MadTV alums would run a mildly entertaining skit straight into the ground.
Key and Peele always bring out the big laughs. Nothing but inspired humor from Comedy Central.
They outdid themselves this time, I mean, heh D'Brickishaw Ferguson...oh wait.
D'Brickashaw is supposedly the real-life player that inspired this sketch in the first place.

I like where they're taking this bit. I hope the can get more NFL players to put on fright wigs and say funny words.

That's the perfect face for someone named Grunky Peep.
Whoever does their makeup deserves mad props - half of my laughs came from the ridiculous dos. Especially Snarf Mintz-Plasse.
that fucking beard has had me in uncontrollable laughter twice now
East Los Angeles College. It's been six times for me. It'd probably even be funnier if I knew who the rest of those people are.. I only know Mr. Rodgers.
