Yeah, I'll second that. I've only ever done shrooms, but I found out the hard way that looking in the mirror is a really bad idea. It's not cool; it's just scary and unpleasant and messed me up pretty bad at the time, with lingering aftereffects every time I look in the mirror too long and unfocus my eyes just a tad.
