It's not poetv worthy because it's choreographed humor. It's skit comedy. Poe videos should make you go, "ha! Look at that! How could something like this thing or this action take place in reality?The world is evil and the lines are blurred!!"
The onion doesn't satisfy that criteria as it is choreographed humor and a parody of reality and not reality itself. Really, this shouldn't even need to be explained.

2. No Not Safe For Work sites. If a video is on a NSFW site DO NOT SUBMIT IT! If you see porn ads, nudity etc - DO NOT SUBMIT THE VIDEO!

3. No profanity in the title or description. Read it again. Memorize it.

4. Be descriptive, not judgemental. This goes for both comments and descriptions.
