I fully endorse clever Hardcore parodies as the new clever Downfall parodies.
Some things were meant to be.
Nicely done. I can see this scene from "Hardcore" becoming the Keyboard Cat of bad movie trailers.
Can't wait to see Keyboard Cat Plays Off Hitler As He Discovers That George C. Scott Watched The Trailer To Jack And Jill.

jangbones read my mind.
George C Scott watching Nic Cage watching the Jack and Jill trailer.
Search Youtube, it has indeed become a meme. I look forward to the "videotape scene from The Sixth Sense" version.
5 stars for including peter boyle in this one
George seems to react the same way I did to this.
This joke has been done before, but never so well. And this trailer deserves it.
Everything about this is right.
Nice idea, but it didnt bring enough to justify making me watch that trailer again.
The idea is you watch this instead of the trailer.
How would you even know that unless you watched it?
I share George's pain.
The more I see of that terrible trailer, the more I'm tempted to watch the terrible movie.
God help me.
Now I know what killed him.
George is one tough s.o.b. I was crying in pain 20 seconds into the trailer. Don't know how he lasted so long.

It's when you realize that the guy who looks like Al Pacino is Al Pacino that the waterworks really get going.
There's no way that's...that's Al Pacino?
TURN IT OFF
This was very well put together. I especially liked how they kept the projector noise intact.
