At one point in time--perhaps this is still true?--golf balls had rubber band innards wrapped around a very small plastic do-dad. I know at some point some balls were all plastic do-dad beneath the waffled outer shell.

Maybe this is one of the all plastic, while the other video is a rubber band based ball?
